It's the last day of the year tomorrow! 2012 has been a pretty good year but I'm excited to start a new one! I wrote a list with some dreams for 2012 in the beginning of the year (you can read it here). I think most of my dreams have come true this year but I still need to find a job in public administration. But I really hope 2013 is going to be a successful year when it comes to job hunting! Here's a few highlights from 2012;
Trip of the year: Our US road trip! We got to visit so many wonderful places and had such a great time!
Place of the year: We visited so many nice places on our US road trip but I have to say that Washington DC was probably my favorite. I really want to visit that city again!
Animal of the year: Penguins! I've always loved penguins but the love has intensified this year!
Food of the year: Soft ice-cream with sprinkles! It was my addiction this summer.
Drink of the year: Tea.
Book of the year: I've read a lot of great books this year so I can't decide on just one. But I've been really into post-apocalyptic and zombie novels.
Movie of the year: The Hunger Games, to be honest, it wasn't my favorite movie this year but it was certainly the movie I was most excited about.
Event of the year: Turning 25! I actually enjoy getting older...
TV-show of the year: It's a tie between Downton Abbey and The Walking Dead.
Aww I love all of these pictures! The ice cream looks delicious, and this year I fell in love with penguins too after watching March of the Penguins for the very first time! Happy New Year!!!
